CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

FRESHMAN (birth to 10 months)
Awaking to their world, infants attend a 50-minute class focusing on stimulating their budding senses with bright colors and soft touches.

SOPHOMORE (10 to 18 months)
Ready to explore their world with their ever-strengthening bodies, older infants practice movement during 50-minute classes focusing on activities that encourage rolling, crawling, grasping and standing.

JUNIOR (18 months to 2 years)
Beginning to walk and assert their independence, early toddlers build confidence and explore their world by venturing beyond their parent’s arms during 50-minute classes.

SENIOR (2 year olds)
Ready to explore the world, while honing their gross motor skills and developing fine motor skills, they run, jump, and climb.

JR VARSITY (3 year olds)
This three year old class focuses on large motor skill development in preparation for sports training.

VARSITY (4 year olds)
Four year olds focus on basis Sports skills such as throwing, catching, bouncing and kicking.

GRAD (4 to 6 year olds)
Children at this age develop agility, flexibility and coordination while tackling challenging obstacle course and learning ball handling skills in various sports classes.

MASTER (6 to 8 year olds)
These children develop further strength, coordination, and eye-hand skills with more advanced sports focused classes.  This class includes non competitive games to enhance their sports skills.
